Most people shy away from applying makeup probably because they don't know how much it can enhance their beauty and facial features. But with the right procedures, it's possible to turn pro in the art of natural makeup artistry over time. Natural makeup is not so obvious, so anyone can go for it and end up looking nicer with most people only noticing the lipstick.
Decisions about products to use and methods of application is determined by the face type, skin tone, condition of the face (presence of acne, dark circles, pimples, etc.). Prepare the face by cleansing and priming in order to absorb the makeup and not melt, vanish or fade with sweat.
Concealers should to cover spots if it exists and blended well. Pick a foundation that matches the skin type, colour and according to your budget. Spread foundation entirely over the face and extend to the
neck to give a natural, even-colored finish. Pat pressed powder on all areas of your face and neck over the foundation, to set your foundation and concealer.
Hmmm, the eyebrows! Make sure the eyebrow is neat and trimmed if necessary. Define the brows with a pencil, either brown or black depending on the desired effect.
Next is the shadows, which is best to apply in three shades; light, medium and dark. The intensity of the shades should decrease from the eye outwards. What's left now is the application of the the eyeliner, mascara and possibly blush if wanted.
For the lip, line your lips with lipliner that's close in shade to the lipstick color you're using. Put lipstick on, blot it on tissue, then apply second coat. That's all, you are done.
